An advanced proprietary sound-processing algorithm with intelligent AI noise reduction delivers natural, low-latency sound with finely tuned high-frequency speech detail. With 50 dB of adjustable amplification and active feedback suppression, background noise and whistling are cut in real time.
The Phonelum app runs on iOS and Android with a simplified interface built for one-tap operation and voice adjustment. Complete a hearing check, apply a precise custom fitting and set up tinnitus masking from home — no clinic appointment needed.

The receiver-in-canal shell sits close behind the ear with skin-friendly ergonomic contours, and multiple dome sizes fit different ear shapes for fatigue-free all-day wear. They switch themselves on and off as they leave and enter the case.
Sweat, dust and water resistant, and drop-proof to an SGS-certified standard, for long-term daily and outdoor use. The UV sanitising charging case keeps the devices clean between wears.
Up to 16 hours of continuous use for calls, conversation and streaming. The matched charging case holds roughly four further full charges — enough for travel and days out without hunting for an outlet.
